Analista de Operaciones

Support and manage operationally the audit teams and clients for conducting audits. Analyze operational management regarding dates, service, and deadlines with clients based on guidelines from the commercial and operational areas. Evaluate the qualification, technical competence, and availability of auditors to ensure efficient resource utilization. Maintain contact with clients and manage audit plans and expenses with auditors.

Completed secondary education. 1 year of experience in logistics management of inspections or similar tasks. Intermediate English proficiency. General knowledge of certification standards and NACE codes. Skills in customer service, negotiation, and flexibility. Intermediate knowledge of management platforms and Excel.
