IT Infrastructure & Application Platform Support Engineer

Administer and maintain IIS web servers supporting .NET-based applications. Monitor application and infrastructure health using enterprise monitoring platforms. Automate operational activities using PowerShell, Python, Bash, or other scripting languages. Act as the main point of contact for application teams regarding infrastructure requirements.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Infrastructure Operations, Technical Support, Application Platform Support, or Production Support environments. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline. Strong knowledge of Windows Server and experience with Microsoft Azure.
