Business Analyst Senior [CRM Core]

Develop core CRM functionality, including tasks, queues, and distribution logic. Design end-to-end workflows for customer requests, including routing and prioritization. Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders and translate them into scalable solutions.

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Product Manager. Experience in business analysis, including requirements gathering and solution design. Understanding of microservices and high-load systems.
