Provide proactive legal advice on global employment matters, including hiring and wage compliance. Review and enhance company policies and employment agreements. Lead internal investigations and develop standardized protocols. Drive legal strategy for international growth and manage cross-border compliance.
Requirements
J.D. degree and a minimum of 12+ years of employment law experience, preferably in a high-growth environment. Proven track record of conducting complex internal investigations. Deep knowledge of California employment law and experience with global expansion is preferred.
