Position Overview: We are seeking a highly analytical Demand Generation Manager to lead marketing operations across multiple franchise locations. This is a leadership role with a strong operational focus, ideal for someone who enjoys building scalable marketing systems, optimizing funnels, and making data-driven decisions. The ideal candidate is an experienced marketing leader who combines hands-on execution with strategic thinking. They are comfortable managing agencies and vendors, analyzing performance across multiple locations, and coaching franchise owners on marketing best practices. This person thrives in fast-paced environments, embraces AI-powered workflows, and continuously looks for ways to improve efficiency and results. Key Responsibilities: Own and optimize demand generation efforts across multiple franchise locations. Manage marketing funnels, dashboards, and KPIs to drive consistent lead generation and business growth. Analyze marketing performance across multiple locations and identify opportunities to improve ROI. Develop, test, and implement scalable marketing strategies and playbooks across the franchise network. Manage and hold external marketing vendors and agencies accountable for performance. Build and maintain reporting dashboards to monitor campaign performance and business metrics. Coach and support franchise owners by translating marketing data into actionable recommendations. Partner with leadership to identify growth opportunities and improve operational efficiency. Leverage AI tools to streamline reporting, analysis, content development, research, and workflow automation. Continuously evaluate new marketing initiatives, technologies, and best practices. Qualifications: Proven experience managing demand generation or marketing operations across multiple locations, franchise networks, or multiple client accounts. Strong background in performance marketing, SEO, marketing analytics, and funnel optimization. Experience managing third-party agencies, vendors, and external marketing partners. Demonstrated success using marketing data to drive business decisions and improve performance. Advanced knowledge of dashboards, reporting tools, KPIs, attribution, and marketing analytics. Strong understanding of AI tools and practical AI workflows for marketing and operational efficiency. Excellent leadership, project management, and organizational skills. Outstanding verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to explain marketing concepts clearly to non-marketers. Ability to work full-time during U.S. Eastern Time business hours. Nice-to-Haves: Experience working with franchise businesses or multi-location organizations. Background in home services, local service businesses, or agency environments managing multiple accounts. Experience implementing marketing automation and CRM workflows. Familiarity with local SEO, lead generation strategies, and vendor evaluation. Experience building scalable operational processes for growing organizations.
