Lead the Development Mine team promoting a culture of safety and high performance. Ensure the safe and efficient execution of key enablers for mining operations from drilling, blasting, and operational development. Monitor operational, productivity, and safety indicators. Utilize digital tools and operational data for decision-making.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering in Mining or Industrial Engineering with a mining focus. At least 5 years of work experience in open-pit mining operations. Experience leading operational teams. Intermediate English is desirable. Availability to work a 7x7 shift system.
