Act as a strategic advisor to operations, influencing leaders to enhance critical capabilities and maximize performance. Manage key stakeholders to prioritize needs and ensure sustainability of required capabilities.

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mining Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Organizational Psychology, or related field. At least 5 years of experience in mining operations. Knowledge of mining processes and experience in training, capability development, or operational performance improvement.
