Manage the category by developing the tactical sales plan across industries, partners, subcategories, and products. Execute the promotional plan for the categories and collaborate with various teams such as Commercial, Mercado Envios, and Mercado Ads to promote category growth. Implement and track metrics to measure success and quality of operations, identifying opportunities and making recommendations to maximize category potential.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Administration, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields. Advanced/Fluent English for participation in global meetings and interactions. Proven experience in a similar position in e-commerce, physical retail, or industrial with a commercial focus. Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
