Core Responsibilities

Execute high-volume recruitment processes, focusing on SLA compliance and quality of hires. Identify improvement opportunities in recruitment processes and implement innovative solutions. Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to align hiring needs with business objectives. Monitor performance of hires, turnover rates, and monthly closed positions. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for future company demands.

Requirements

Previous experience in recruitment and selection, especially in high-volume environments. Knowledge of the Greenhouse platform and other job posting channels. Analytical thinking and data-driven profile with strong numerical analysis skills. Proactive and able to work in a team. Good communication skills and ability to interact with internal stakeholders, including coordinators and managers.
