Support the management and development of associate portfolios, contributing to the cooperative's business strengthening. Prospect new associates and business opportunities, expanding the cooperative's presence in the community.

Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Administration, Economics, Accounting, Commercial Management, Agribusiness, or related fields. Active C-Pro I or C-Pro R certification. Experience in customer service, commercial relationships, business, or sales.
