Candidates should possess effective organization and time management skills, strong communication abilities, and a transformative mindset ready to embrace challenges creatively. Desired qualifications include professional designations (ACCA, CIA, CPA, etc.) and one to two years of relevant experience in accounting, audit, or risk management.
