Support technical teams in the field by managing and addressing failure tickets to ensure quick incident resolution. Assist in the configuration and troubleshooting of Microwave Radio and Multi-vendor SDH equipment. Monitor network performance and collaborate with internal and external teams to maintain mobile network stability.

Bachelor's degree or currently studying in Engineering, Computer Science, Networks, or related fields. Knowledge equivalent to CCNA certification. Experience in support for Radio/SDH and Metro Network.
