Create and cultivate a safe work environment by identifying safety opportunities. Lead the Inventory, Quality, and Supplies teams, fostering an excellent work climate. Provide continuous feedback and coaching to the team to contribute to their development. Manage resources to meet departmental objectives and supervise workflow and sector indicators.

Desirable education in Logistics, Engineering, or Business Administration. Knowledge in Inventory Management, Quality and Supplies, logistics operations, supply chain, and distribution is preferred. 2 years of experience leading teams. Familiarity with WMS, AI, dashboards, SQL, and SAP is desirable.
