Supervise and support the teams of assistants and cashiers on-site. Ensure the operational continuity of barriers, payment sectors, and entry/exit equipment. Audit the vault fund daily and supervise the reconciliation and collection processes. Coordinate with the technical team for preventive and corrective maintenance in the area. Resolve complex customer inquiries and contingencies, ensuring smooth vehicular flow and service.

Technical training in Administration, Operations, Logistics, or a related field. Minimum of 1 year of experience in operational supervision of parking, treasury, or team leadership on-site. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office for reporting and control spreadsheets. Strong communication skills and customer orientation with a high capacity to work under pressure.
