Provide unique and warm experiences to customers through digital channels. Achieve assigned commercial and omnichannel goals. Educate customers on using digital channels for transactions and inquiries. Assist customers with transactions at ATMs and escalate difficult situations when necessary.
What We're Looking For
Technical or university studies in progress or incomplete. Desirable 6 months of experience in sales and customer service. Proficient in Office at a user level.
