What You'll Do
Lead and develop high-performance teams by ensuring quality hiring and onboarding of new consultants. Plan and execute monthly actions for consultants to achieve sales targets while providing ongoing feedback for team improvement. Actively participate in sales alongside the team, refining sales scripts and demonstrating effective sales techniques across various channels.
What We're Looking For
Ongoing undergraduate degree. Experience in managing sales teams. Certification as a Banking Correspondent for offering Consigned Credit products is essential.
