Establish effective communication between support and operational areas and lead the implementation of a sustainable occupational safety culture.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields. Knowledge of Quality Tools such as 5S, Kaizen, 5PQs, and PDCA. Intermediate proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, SQL, and Power BI for monitoring and interpreting indicators. Availability for 100% on-site work in Londrina/PR.
