The role involves empowering brands with Retail Media solutions by integrating data and innovation to maximize their business objectives within the RappiAds team. Key responsibilities include actively contributing to category development, fostering long-term brand relationships, and leading engagement with category brands while collaborating across Retail, Restaurant, and Growth departments to optimize campaign results.

Requirements

Candidates must have a degree in Economics, Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or related fields, along with at least one year of experience in commercial, marketing, or ecommerce roles, preferably in Mass Consumption. Essential attributes include the ability to take initiative and ownership, comfort in a dynamic environment requiring urgency, strong information management skills, and excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
