Core Responsibilities

This role is responsible for setting and leading the long-term category and portfolio growth agenda across frontline markets, owning enterprise-level outcomes for growth, profitability, and share. Key duties include driving bottler alignment on the marketing agenda and championing consumer- and shopper-led strategy by translating macro trends into scalable category strategies.

Requirements

Candidates must possess 12-15+ years of progressive experience in brand, category, or integrated marketing leadership within FMCG/CPG, preferably with an MBA. Essential qualifications include a proven track record in category strategy, deep expertise in demand generation, strong financial acumen, and the ability to lead through influence in complex, matrixed environments.
