Premises & Services Analyst (Gestor de pagos)

Manage monthly review of documents (invoices, receipts) for payments related to leases, common expenses, and promotional funds. Update rental agreements and conditions in the GPS system, including new contracts and renewals. Validate billed amounts against discrepancies in GPS and manage pending payments.

Proven experience with SAP, particularly in purchasing modules. Solid experience in budget control and financial management. Previous experience in reviewing or preparing investment sheets for asset acquisition.
