Lead the People & Culture operation and strategic projects, ensuring excellence in People Ops, Talent Acquisition, and Culture. Coordinate directly with the CEO and Head of Staff to implement the people strategy across multiple countries.
Requirements
Requires 4-7 years of experience in People, transformation, consulting, or strategy, with a strong ability to execute complex projects. Must have experience designing processes with Artificial Intelligence and a degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
