Provide on-site technical support to users, assisting in identifying and resolving IT issues. Perform diagnostics and solutions for incidents related to equipment, systems, and IT resources. Execute installation, configuration, and maintenance activities for computers, notebooks, and peripherals. Support the configuration and use of software and operating systems.

Bachelor's degree completed. Experience in technical IT support, preferably in on-site (Field Service) roles. Basic knowledge of hardware, software, and operating systems. Understanding of diagnostics and resolution of technical problems.
