Manage and develop a portfolio of Premium individual associates, building close and lasting relationships. Understand the life stage, goals, and financial needs of associates, acting consultatively to identify opportunities and solutions. Prospect new associates with suitable profiles, contributing to sustainable portfolio growth. Analyze and conduct credit operations while monitoring indicators, profitability, and quality of the portfolio.

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Commercial Management, or related fields. Minimum of 3 years of experience in high-income, Premium, or Private segments in the financial market. Experience in managing individual portfolios and active ANBIMA CPRO-R certification. Valid driver's license (category B) and availability for visits and travel as needed.
