What You'll Do
Coordinate and prioritize strategic initiatives and product backlog with multidisciplinary teams, focusing on revenue KPIs and Share of Wallet. Interact with strategic partners to enable new functionalities and innovations in the payment ecosystem. Monitor operational and business indicators by customer profiles, adjusting strategies to boost adoption of financial services.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in Fintechs, Payment Methods, or Banks managing Credit Card products, focusing on Lifecycle, Profitability, and P&L. Strong understanding of financial indicators (P&L, Financial/Non-Financial Revenues, Opex) and continuous pursuit of efficiency. Practical experience in data extraction and analysis using tools like Databricks or SQL.
