The Inside Sales Associate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospects and clients, developing relationships, generating leads, setting appointments, and closing sales while consistently meeting key performance indicators. They must also accurately update CRM systems with all client information and progress.
Requirements
Essential requirements include call center experience within the past two years and the ability to adapt one's English accent to American English. Candidates must also possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, proficiency with office software, and a reliable home office setup meeting specific hardware and internet speed criteria.
