Monitor infrastructure services of the Cooperative, ensuring spaces are prepared for operations. Oversee construction and renovation projects, validating plans and controlling schedules and budgets. Prepare management reports and track purchase orders related to infrastructure demands.

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. CREA certification required. Must have skills in Infrastructure, Construction, Renovation, Excel, Layout design, and AutoCad. Availability for travel is essential, and a valid driver's license (CNH) is mandatory.
