Conduct quarterly audits of content in Zendesk and Notion to align with global labor laws. Design comprehensive Learning Packs for new initiatives, including technical guides and training modules.
Requirements
Advanced experience with Notion, Zendesk, and LMS tools like Docebo or Articulate. Proven track record in technical writing, particularly in distilling complex tax codes into clear workflows. Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
