The role focuses on increasing customer satisfaction by resolving production issues in cloud services and managing support tickets with agility. It involves collaborating with Engineering, NOC, and Product teams to build scalable solutions and prioritize product evolutions based on data.

Requirements

Candidates should be passionate about software engineering with experience in AWS, Docker, and both relational and NoSQL databases. Knowledge of distributed systems, asynchronous communication, and optionally Java or Kotlin is required.
