Analista de Operational Excellence

Map end-to-end processes and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization. Coordinate, negotiate, and follow up on contracts and commercial agreements. Monitor billing, payments, and technology expenses. Support budgeting and forecasting processes. Collaborate with various departments to implement improvements and ensure their adoption.

Advanced students or graduates in Economics, Administration, or related fields. Proficiency in MS Office and/or Google Workspace, especially Excel/Spreadsheets. Basic knowledge of SQL. Proficiency in English and Portuguese for constant interaction with international suppliers. Ability to use AI tools to automate tasks.
