Update and control customer registrations, reports, and databases, ensuring the quality, organization, and reliability of commercial information. Monitor and analyze operational pending issues, following up on requests with responsible areas and contributing to the resolution of inconsistencies and compliance with established deadlines. Identify and support improvement and process automation initiatives, collaborating in the optimization of manual activities and operational efficiency in the Renewals area.

Ongoing undergraduate degree in Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields. Fluency in AI. Intermediate/advanced English proficiency. Intermediate Excel skills.
