Key responsibilities involve executing targeted outbound prospecting via phone and email, following structured outreach processes, and pre-qualifying prospects to book verified, high-quality appointments for the sales team. This includes maintaining accurate CRM records, handling high call volumes, and managing follow-ups and rescheduling.
Requirements
Candidates must have a proven track record in cold calling or Sales Development Representative roles, excellent spoken and written English for engaging US business owners, and a strong understanding of outbound prospecting and objection handling. A results-driven mindset, coachability, and tech-savviness with sales tools are essential.
