Apply policies and strategies to generate new business for the Microfinance portfolio in a sustainable and profitable manner while controlling risk. Conduct financial analysis and gather information to assess variables related to microfinance operations.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Commercial Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields; or 4 years of experience in microfinance areas. Desirable postgraduate training in related fields or courses in sales, portfolio management, and debt management. 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of specific experience in financial entities in microfinance or 2 years in credit management.
