Provider Enrollment Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, submit, and track provider enrollment applications with commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid payers.
Follow up directly with U.S. payers via phone and portal to resolve issues and drive applications to completion.
Maintain and update CAQH profiles for all assigned providers.
Monitor and keep provider records, licenses, DEA registrations, and certifications current in credentialing systems.
Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary supporting documentation for enrollments.
Maintain compliance records, enrollment databases, and support organizational audit requests.

POSITION: Provider Enrollment Specialist
Location: Remote (LATAM or Philippines Preferred)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM CST
Compensation: 2,000 - 2,300 USD/month
