This role involves leading performance reviews with data, acting as the internal voice of the customer, and identifying upsell opportunities within the portfolio.

Requirements

Successful candidates should possess 3+ years of experience in client-facing roles such as account management or consulting, coupled with a strong analytical mindset to translate product data into client strategy. A Bachelor's or Master's degree from a top-tier institution is preferred, along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building trust quickly.
