Core Responsibilities

Create and maintain guides for tracking and receiving documentation from foreign candidates. Track and follow up on documents sent by remote employees to ensure complete and timely receipt. Manage the issuance and delivery of credentials for new hires. Support HR Admin specialists in organizing and updating physical and digital employee files.

Requirements

6 months to 1 year of experience in an administrative role, preferably in Human Resources. Ability to anticipate needs, manage multiple tasks, and solve problems independently. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity and service. Experience in document management and familiarity with HR systems (HRIS) or similar.
