Core Responsibilities

The role involves providing expert technical support throughout the client integration process, acting as the key contact between internal teams and merchants to ensure smooth, high-quality technical integration from onboarding to production. Key functions include offering technical guidance, resolving queries, preparing technical documentation, conducting certification tests, and acting as an expert consultant on payment products and technical capabilities for clients.

Requirements

Candidates should hold a degree in Systems, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Desirable experience includes at least 2 years in roles such as Sales Engineer, Integration Engineer, or Technical Support Engineer related to web services, with experience in card-present services being a plus.
