The KYC Relationship Officer will partner with Bankers and AML/KYC Operations to ensure all client KYC records comply with regulatory standards, focusing on high-quality and timely completion of due diligence requirements at client relationship inception and renewal. Responsibilities include managing client expectations, owning the KYC/AML experience, ensuring deliverables are met, and effectively managing operational and client risk.
Requirements
Candidates must be able to identify AML risks and apply KYC/AML policy concepts, possessing strong verbal and written communication, excellent time management, and strong analytical skills. A BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in financial services is required, along with working knowledge of risk factors impacting specific products and industries.
