Core Responsibilities

The role involves managing all aspects related to Loss Prevention and Investigations, including leading, developing, and organizing the team of Loss Prevention and Investigation operations analysts at the Mercado Envios facilities. Responsibilities also include planning and executing process audits, defining and monitoring Loss Prevention indicators, and driving initiatives to reduce losses in partnership with other areas.

Requirements

Candidates must have a completed higher education degree and proven experience in logistics, continuous improvement, process management, team management, and/or loss prevention within complex operational environments with multiple stakeholders. Essential requirements include practical experience with root cause analysis methodologies like 5 Whys or Ishikawa Diagram, solid knowledge of Google Sheets and Presentations, and experience with Business Intelligence tools and data analysis.
