Leads the regional talent management agenda for Mexico and Central America to build a future-ready talent pipeline. Partners with business leaders and HRBPs to drive succession planning, internal mobility, and high-potential development.

Requirements

Requires over 7 years of progressive HR experience with a strong HRBP foundation and fluency in both Spanish and English. Must demonstrate a track record of designing talent processes and influencing senior stakeholders in complex, matrixed organizations.
