Diagnose training needs in collaboration with leadership and partners to promote the evolution of indicators and processes. Create and structure local dashboards in Looker and Grid, providing reports and analysis resources for decision-making. Translate operational indicators into practical action plans to improve results and processes. Lead training initiatives for new projects in collaboration with Operational Excellence, Operations, and Technology areas.

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields. Experience in operational training or projects, proficiency in Google Workspace tools, and familiarity with generative AIs like Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, and NotebookLM. Availability for travel and to conduct training outside of business hours.
