Act as the primary legal architect for data protection frameworks, ensuring compliance with LGPD, GDPR, and global standards. Work with technical teams to implement 'Privacy by Design' and advise on data collection and monetization strategies. Monitor global digital regulation and provide guidance on its impact on mobile gaming. Manage intellectual property strategy, protecting game mechanics and artistic assets.
Requirements
Law degree with OAB registration and extensive experience in tech-focused legal environments. Deep experience with LGPD and GDPR, familiarity with other global frameworks is valued. Proven track record in managing Intellectual Property and Regulatory matters in technology or gaming industries. Strong understanding of digital regulation trends and ability to navigate multi-jurisdictional legal challenges.
