Lead the Operational Planning area with tactical and strategic vision, ensuring capacity and productivity sizing. Guarantee the execution of planning with operational discipline, monitoring key operational indicators and preparing projections for regional operations. Identify bottlenecks and deviations quickly, conducting root cause analyses and proposing structured solutions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering, Administration, or related fields. Solid experience in leadership positions within operational planning areas of logistics or industrial sites. Experience in leading logistics optimization projects and working with the design, implementation, and maintenance of technological solutions.
