Co-create and co-design the AI architecture with the corporate team, ensuring local scalability and corporate transformation in AI. Act as a Solution Architect for AI, orchestrating the AI agent ecosystem and establishing standards for development teams. Accelerate project development by shortening time-to-market and transforming strategy into actionable tasks using agile methodologies.
What We're Looking For
Over 15 years in technology with proven experience in leading transformation and technological innovation processes, preferably in the banking or financial sector. Advanced conceptual mastery of AI technologies (LLMs, Machine Learning, agent architectures) to design viable and scalable solutions. Strong leadership and influence capabilities, strategic vision, and consultative communication.
