Lead the operational team, fostering talent development and adherence to organizational culture. Coordinate operational management, monitor productivity, and ensure compliance with KPIs such as accuracy and quality. Identify errors in inventory processes and lead the implementation of effective solutions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields. 2 to 4 years of experience in inventory, quality, or warehouse areas as a coordinator, technician, or leader. Previous experience leading operational teams in logistics or manufacturing environments. Knowledge of systems like WMS and Kronos, and basic data analysis skills using Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
