Oversee daily accounts receivable and billing operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Manage billing processes, invoice accuracy, adjustments, credits, and account reconciliations. Monitor aging balances and ensure effective collection follow-up on outstanding receivables. Collaborate with Licensing, Legal, Finance, Sales, and Operations teams to resolve billing and collection issues.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred. 5+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Billing, Credit, or Finance operations. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, billing processes, and collections practices. Experience with ERP systems; NetSuite preferred.
