Identify, contact, and interview qualified candidates for specific positions. Collaborate with talent attraction strategies and proactively reach out to potential candidates. Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process and coordinate interview scheduling.

Desirable work experience as a Talent Sourcer, Recruiter, Hunter, or similar role. Experience using recruitment platforms and practical sourcing techniques. Intermediate to advanced English is desirable.
