Lead the execution of the prepaid recharge strategy (EPIN and physical) to ensure compliance with volume, value, frequency, and active recharger base objectives. Monitor and control critical operational indicators impacting the recharge business, including product breaks, supply, and availability. Collaborate with territory managers to identify opportunities and implement corrective actions to sustain commercial performance.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Business Engineering, or related fields. Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial areas, distribution channel management, telecommunications, or prepaid business. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and intermediate/advanced knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
