Learning Coordinator, Learning and Development

Coordinate and execute training programs for associates, ensuring coverage across all shifts. Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) for assignments and compliance reporting. Monitor key metrics and propose corrective actions based on data analysis.

High school diploma or equivalent. Experience developing or delivering training programs across multiple sites or regions. Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred. Experience with Microsoft Office and English-language communication skills.
