What You'll Do
Manage relationships with local communities and leaders in the company's area of influence through timely information and institutional coordination. Collect relevant information from the area to generate early alerts for potential risks to operations. Support the development and execution of the Social Management Plan and ensure compliance with environmental management commitments.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Sociology, Anthropology, Social Work, Psychology, Political Science, or Social/Human Sciences. 3 to 5 years of experience in social management or social project supervision, preferably in the energy sector. Strong experience in community engagement and working with indigenous communities.
