Manage business and portfolio metrics, explaining deviations and transforming them into actionable recommendations. Build solid business cases to support investment decisions, product launches, and evolution, articulating business impact and trade-offs. Coordinate execution with local teams in each country and ensure operational rhythm and regional consistency.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Actuarial Science, Finance, or related fields. 4 years of experience in similar positions, ideally related to credit, financial services, banking, or Fintech. Knowledge of SQL and Artificial Intelligence tools.
